If you have a medical condition or take medications regularly, we suggest that you fill out a Vial of Life form. In case of an emergency this form will help the responding EMT’s and Paramedic’s to know what medications you take and what existing medical conditions you may have. This will save valuable time and help determine the best course of action to follow.
You can go to http://www.vialoflife.com and download a free form to fill out with your information. It is recommended that you place the filled out form on your refrigerator in a plastic bag along with the Vial of Life sticker which can be downloaded and printed from the above website. If you prefer you can stop by the HQ station at 34803 SE 268th St. on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM and pick up a pair of vinyl stickers to use.
This is a great program at no cost to you and may save a life.
